This Privacy Policy describes how Pinnacle Lifestyle Shift Inc. ("Pinnacle," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at pinnaclelifestyleshift.ai, enroll in the Pinnacle AI Toolkit, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Account & enrollment information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing details you submit on our enrollment form or checkout page.
Payment information — payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We receive a tokenized reference and the last four digits.
Communications — emails, text messages, and chat messages you send to us, including in the private WhatsApp community.

We also collect information automatically when you visit the Services:

Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, click events, scroll depth, and referring URL. Collected via Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd.) and our internal analytics.
Video engagement — Vidalytics (Vidalytics, LLC) tracks video-watch percentage and timestamps on our embedded sales videos.
Marketing attribution — Meta (Facebook) Pixel + Conversions API records page views, lead events, and purchases for advertising measurement.
Device & network data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate geographic location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process your enrollment, deliver the Pinnacle AI Toolkit, and send order receipts.
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
Send transactional messages (receipts, access links, account notices) and marketing communications (product updates, educational content, promotional offers) by email and SMS, subject to your consent and opt-out preferences.
Measure and improve the performance of our website, marketing, and product.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number on our enrollment form, you consent to receive recurring transactional and marketing messages from Pinnacle by SMS (text) and WhatsApp at the number provided, including messages sent by automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency — up to four (4) messages per week (combined across SMS and WhatsApp), varying by your engagement.
Message & data rates — standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. WhatsApp messages require an internet connection on your device.
Opt out — reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe from SMS. To opt out of WhatsApp, reply STOP in WhatsApp or block the sender. We will send one confirmation message and stop sending further messages on that channel.
Help — reply HELP on either channel for assistance, or email [email protected].
SMS carriers — supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
WhatsApp — messages are delivered through WhatsApp's Business Platform operated by WhatsApp LLC (a Meta Platforms, Inc. company). WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs your use of the WhatsApp service.

Mobile and WhatsApp opt-in information you share with us will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared.

4. How We Share Information

We share your information only as described below:

Service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp transport), Meta / WhatsApp LLC (WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure), Hotjar (analytics), Vidalytics (video analytics), Meta (advertising). Each is contractually bound to use your information only on our behalf.
Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing contact records are retained until you opt out, and for a reasonable period thereafter to honor your opt-out.

Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

Pinnacle is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Services.
