These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pinnacle AI Toolkit, the website at pinnaclelifestyleshift.ai, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Pinnacle Lifestyle Shift Inc. ("Pinnacle," "we," "us," or "our").

The Pinnacle AI Toolkit is a digital product bundle that includes:

The base Pinnacle AI Toolkit is offered at a one-time price of $149 USD. The optional VIP upgrade is $200 USD, also one-time. Prices are subject to change for future buyers but are honored for completed enrollments. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees. Pinnacle does not collect sales tax on digital products in jurisdictions where it is not required to do so.
Upon successful payment, Pinnacle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or business real estate investing activities. You may not:
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Pinnacle continues to operate the Services. We will provide reasonable advance notice if we discontinue the Services.

All content, software, prompts, calculators, SOPs, videos, and branding within the Services are owned by Pinnacle Lifestyle Shift Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 3 is the entirety of the rights conveyed to you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINNACLE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PINNACLE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL PINNACLE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Lifestyle Shift Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Clark County, Nevada. You and Pinnacle each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Services. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
